Advisory

Decades of practice do not make us regulators — they make us useful. We share the operational experience of buying, refurbishing and letting our own buildings, by written engagement, one project at a time.

What we can help with

  • How to evaluate and diligence a residential acquisition
  • Planning and budgeting a refurbishment realistically
  • Setting up compliant, humane letting operations
  • Reading a property ledger — yours or one you are about to buy

How it works

Advisory work is taken on per project, for a fee agreed in writing before anything begins. The work is done by the same people who run our own portfolio — which is precisely why the two are kept apart.

The boundary

Lewis Investments (London) Limited is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Advisory conversations share operational property experience only. They are not regulated investment advice; we do not advise on investments, do not manage money for others, and never promise returns.

Own account, always

Our own acquisitions and the advisory desk are separate lines of work with separate conversations. We will tell you plainly which hat we are wearing — and if a request belongs to the other hat, we will say so.
