We let and manage the buildings we own. Tenants deal with people who know the building, and the building is looked after as if it were staying in the family — because it is.
Prospective tenants are referenced properly: identity, income, previous landlord. Deposits are protected under a government-approved scheme, and agreements are written assured shorthold tenancies with plain-English summaries.
Day-to-day management is handled in-house: rent administration, routine maintenance and regular inspections. Contractors are known to us and to the buildings they look after.
Gas safety, electrical safety, smoke alarms and energy performance are kept current as a matter of routine, not reaction. Tenancies are renewed where both sides are content; when a home changes hands, it is re-let quickly and honestly.
Every home we let is a building we own. There is no middleman between the tenant and the owner — questions go to people who can actually answer them.
