What we own, and how it is run. A private, residential-led holding — described honestly, without headline numbers.
Our portfolio is London-focused and residential-led: period terraces and flats across inner and outer London boroughs, with occasional commercial units at street level. We prefer buildings with sound bones and a long future over anything fashionable.
Holding periods are measured in years, not market cycles. Buildings leave the portfolio only when a sale serves the holding better than another year of tenancy.
Letting, maintenance coordination and compliance are run in-house day to day, with specialist trades for planned works. Every building carries the same ledger fields — acquisition, refurbishment, rent, voids, operating costs, and the outcome when it is eventually sold.
We do not publish performance figures. Property-level figures are shared in direct private conversations with counterparties, lenders and professional advisers. Any published material is deliberately qualitative, as this page is.
Lewis Investments holds property for its own account. We do not operate a fund, a pooled investment scheme or a managed portfolio for third-party money, and nothing on this site is an invitation to invest.
